Be sure to read the Festival Guide for complete details about the schedule, directions, locations, planning tips, a packing list, camping, RVs, meals, and health & conduct guidelines.
Please bring 10 litres of water. It will be a hot weekend with highs of 28 C and lows of 12 C. We can’t stress this enough. Carry water with you all weekend and drink it. Your body and mind will thank you.
Remember, carpooling reduces traffic and builds community. Please use the Rideshare on Facebook. Pack light and get a wagon! Let’s make this a collective effort. If you arrive early, check out Things to Do and Places to Visit in Burk’s Falls.
For fun, please enjoy Scott Honsberger’s poem Twas the night before harvest and Mark’s Personal 100 Happy Harvest Tips if you haven’t already. Classic gems.
🚗 Friday, 2 PM Gate: The gate and parking lot are on the north side. They open Friday at 2 p.m. and close Monday at 4 p.m. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by the stunning “screaming tree” sculptures and a centrepiece symbolizing “the Heart of the Forest,” created by Peter, the artist and landowner. Our friendly Welcome Volunteers will greet you, provide information, and assist with wristbands.
🎫 Ticketing: The ticket and wristband line are to the right of the sculptures. Have your ticket ready (hard copy, printed, or saved PDF), as mobile data is unreliable on-site. Download your e-ticket before you arrive!
🚗 Parking: Our parking security team will guide you. Please follow security’s instructions to ensure everyone parks safely. If you need accessible parking, inform security at the main entrance for assistance.
🚐 RVs: RVs will park on the south side, in the field by the castle and tree line.
As always, we hope everyone will come together to help one another. Your cooperation helps us protect the festival grounds and ensures a safe, fun experience for all. Let’s make the 25th Anniversary Harvest Festival unforgettable!
See you soon,
Gate Crew
