Harvest festival is a four-day gathering on the lands of Midlothian Castle and its Screaming Heads, an expansive outdoor art installation. It showcases electronic music, circus performances, and other creative talents, bringing friends and extended communities together for a magical musical journey.

Tickets
Your ticket includes all music and performances, camping, parking, security, emergency services, clean facilities, and an unforgettable experience! You can bring your own food, enjoy offerings from food vendors, or choose from the Bistro meal plans below.

Tier 1 Hard Ticket 10 Packs — (limit 10) — Sold out
Ticket tiers reward early buyers with lower prices, encourage early sales, and help us plan and budget the event more effectively. As one tier sells out, the next becomes available.
Tier 1 tickets and RV passes typically sell out within a couple of minutes of release online. Be sure to subscribe below to our email announcements and mark your calendar for the first day of sales.
You’ll receive your tickets by email in early September, the week of the event.
Ensure your address and information match exactly as recorded with your credit card company. Watch for messages from your credit card provider if any issues arise.
Tickets are transferable but not refundable. Please consider reselling your ticket to friends. In the case of an event cancellation, only the portion of the ticket price not yet spent on event production will be refunded. By purchasing, you invest in the community and share the risk.
Under Ontario law, tickets cannot be resold above face value.
Tickets are emailed in the week of the event to limit the time window for misuse.
Yes, a portion of ticket proceeds is donated to the Burk’s Falls & District Food Bank.
Generator times are below. They must not produce noise levels exceeding 60 decibels when measured from 50 feet.
Friday, Saturday, and Monday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 AM (off when the music ends)
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM (off when the music ends)
Please be considerate of your RV neighbours’ health and safety in the parking lot. Your RV must be equipped with:
A reliable 12-volt battery system
A propane refrigerator
A propane stove
Volunteer:
While no volunteer roles offer a ticket in exchange, participants are encouraged to engage through workshops and activities. Apply to run a workshop.
Artists/Performers/DJs:
The festival invites established artists from our community who create visual installations, fine paintings, large-scale murals, and other media. Note, our music and circus lineup is curated through direct invitations. Apply as an artist.
Vendors:
We have regular food and coffee vendors each year but may need another. Appy as a vendor.
