We are pleased to offer a safe ticket exchange service to protect our community from scams. This optional, paid service securely manages payments and ticket issuance, making the process smooth and reliable. Please read the instructions below carefully and check the FAQ if you have questions.

STEPS TO RESELL A TICKET

• 1. Select the type of tickets you wish to sell.
• 2. Verify the Order ID and email from the original transaction.
• 3. Complete checkout. A Single-use Code and TicketWeb Link will be displayed for each Ticket or RV Pass on the order Confirmation page AND emailed to the seller.
• 4. Give the code(s) & link(s) to your buyer(s). They can only be used once, so be mindful of who you give it to.

Once all codes linked to your original order are confirmed to have been used to purchase at TIcket on TicketWeb, the ticket admin will refund the seller’s original purchase.

Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to appear on credit card accounts (this is a credit card company delay, not Harvest or TicketWeb).

All tickets will be sent by email one week before the event.

DEADLINE

While the exchange will remain open until the last day of the festival, we will be busy running the festival from the 9th until the 16th. Expect a delay in processing refunds during that time. We will refund exchange fees where the buyer has not completed their purchase by the 14th.

The Ticket Exchange IS NOT for…

• Ticket holders who got their ticket from someone else.
• Ticket holders who bought a resold ticket from the Ticket Exchange.
• Ticket holders who are trying to resell a HARD (physical) ticket.
• Ticket holders who who have already received payment for their ticket from a buyer (Interac eTransfer, Paypal, cash, barter, Crypto, etc).

EXCHANGE FAQ

• Q: What does it cost to use the ticket exchange service?
  • A: Sellers and buyers each pay $15 per ticket exchanged.
• Q: What if I purchased multiple tickets but want to sell only some?
  • A: Only the tickets exchanged are charged the $15 exchange fee. Note that since TicketWeb can’t issue partial refunds, you must repurchase the tickets you wish to keep at their original face value before a refund will be processed.
• Q: Do I have to use this service to sell my ticket?
  • A: No. Trusted contacts are encouraged to transfer tickets directly. This service is recommended for transactions between people who don’t know each other. It is not designed for those who have already exchanged funds (cash, EMT, Crypto, etc). Tickets are single-use and will be emailed the week of the festival. Harvest Festival and alienInFlux cannot verify tickets sold through other channels.
• Q: Can I use this service for a hard ticket?
  • A: No. Only tickets purchased online via TicketWeb can be exchanged. Hard ticket holders should arrange in-person transfers and only accept tickets from people they trust. Hard tickets are non-refundable, no exceptions.
• Q: Can I use this service to sell a Ticket at less than it’s face value?
  • A: No. Without getting into the weeds, we have explored this in the past and the administrative cost to do so doesn’t make sense. Please arrange this exchange directly between buyer and seller.
• Q: Why is there a $15 exchange fee?
  • A: TicketWeb does not have a resale platform. This fixed-fee service ensures fairness, prevents scams, and compensates the Harvest team member administering the exchange for their time. Harvest does not profit from this whatsoever.
• Q: How can I avoid scammers?
  • A: Only use the official links on this website for TicketWeb and/or the Ticket Exchange.
• Q: Are there any restrictions as to who I sell the ticket to?
  • A: They must agree to the same terms the original purchaser did. For example, they must be 19+.
